Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we’ll get started right away. Orders are typically prepared and ready to ship within 1 - 2 business days. You’ll receive an electronic notification once your order is on its way. You can also check the status by signing into your account and clicking “Orders”.
Local Delivery – Belize City & Ladyville
We offer next-business-day delivery to homes and offices in Belize City and Ladyville for a flat fee of $5.00 BZD. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be confirmed with payment by 8:00 PM CST.
We’ll reach out to coordinate delivery and confirm someone is available to receive your order. In some cases, we may request your location via WhatsApp or phone call to ensure a smooth hand-off.
Delivery Outside Belize City/Ladyville – Third Party Carriers
For all other locations across Belize, we partner with third-party carriers such as BPMS, EZY Delivery, Belize San Pedro Belize Express, Tropic Air Cargo, and Maya Island Air Cargo.
- Shipping costs are set by the carrier and depend on package size, weight, or volume.
- These fees are payable directly to the carrier upon delivery.
- There is no additional charge for us to drop your order off at the selected carrier.

International Orders
We currently do not ship outside of Belize.
